SHIPPING & RETURN 

The rules apply to the return of goods purchased in the online store www.minimalstudio.lt.

1. RETURN TERM

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, having previously informed the seller in writing.

2. REFUND PROCESS

The safe return of the goods both in Lithuania and from foreign countries must be ensured by the buyer. If the return shipment is lost, delayed or missing - the buyer is responsible for all return search processes. You can return goods by mail by filling out this form. (Shipping is paid by the buyer)

3. RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS

​

The buyer must ensure that the returned item is unworn, unstained or otherwise undamaged (labels unremoved and undamaged, etc.)
The product must be returned in the same package as it was received by the buyer.
The goods must be in the same condition as when they were received. Otherwise, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods.

4. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

5. REFUNDS

Money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days.

6. NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

We do not exchange or return sale items.
Socks, swimsuits are also non-returnable.
